Terms of service.
Last updated · 23 April 2026
These terms cover your use of planmy.recipes. By using the service you agree to what's written below. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who we are
planmy.recipes is operated by Flat White Labs, a sole proprietorship. “We” in these terms means Flat White Labs.
The service
planmy.recipes lets you paste a YouTube cooking video and get a structured recipe saved to a private cookbook tied to your Google account. A free plan lets you save a small number of recipes each month; a paid plan removes that limit. The service is provided on a best-effort basis.
Your account
You need a Google account to sign in. You're responsible for keeping that account secure. One account per person please. Share your cookbook by copying recipes out, not by sharing credentials.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the service to extract content from videos you don't have the right to use.
- Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass rate limits.
- Use it for anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Upload content that isn't a cooking recipe.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Content & ownership
The recipes you save belong to you — you retain all rights to anything you paste, edit, or write. We need a limited licence to store and display those recipes back to you so the service works.
The structured recipe output is generated by a third-party AI model. It may get things wrong. Always use your own judgement before cooking — double-check quantities, cooking times, and allergens. We are not responsible for any outcome from using an extracted recipe.
The enhance feature
The optional “suggest quantities” feature searches the web and proposes amounts. Those suggestions come from third-party cooking sites; we link to the sources. Use your own judgement before applying them.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” with no uptime guarantee. Things may break. Features may change. The service may go away entirely if it becomes unsustainable to run — we'll give reasonable notice and let you export your data if that happens.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid to use it — which is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
